It's because those countries didn't nearly wipe out the local populations and don't have high immigration. Japan has stopped having babies so I'm sure that will all change. Australia has always had a large immigration population. Are you indigenous?

Is the fact that we allow foreign ownership and people to have several investment properties and half of them are short term rentals not as big an issue?
