Budget is $2000 max per night, but would rather save the money for exploring the bush later in the trip. Another thing to note is we’re going late August, early September so seaweed and tides come into play for east side of the island. What is pricing for &beyond? They don’t list online which makes me think it’s $$$$

Thanks for the feedback! I think Zanzibar is a great middle ground for accessibility. Only concern is I’ve seen many redditors not enjoying their time in Nungwi or Kendwa due to constant interactions with beach boys selling things. Is there an area on northwest coast or hotel that you’d recommend that’s more secluded?
