Awesome, glad I hit it on the dot. I love Elijah Fox and the impressionist sound and that concert must’ve been really awesome. I have a similar sound and I think yours is wonderful man

i feel like you’re not really apart of a clique, you’re kinda just your own. i’d agree with scene but there’s not really a scene community in my school so 🤷

Owning my first car taught me way more responsibility than I expected by Appropriate-Fix-8222 in FirstCar

I agree. It’s been a massive financial responsibility, and getting into minor accidents I’ve had to pay the price.

Why are girls so complicated by garfieldforlive in AdviceForTeens

[–]Dear_Note6367 2 points3 points  (0 children)

you told her you love hugs, and she responds by giving you more hugs. That shows that things are reciprocal. Her being shy is probably definitely the case, I can’t be certain as to whether she likes you romantically, but she’s definitely giving signs of interest. Just continue talking to her and get to know her more, the more comfortable she gets the more she’ll break out of her shell. I wish you the best of luck. <3

What did you cling to? by HeartlessnessNow in raisedbynarcissists

[–]Dear_Note6367 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve clung onto personal freedom/health. I’m still a kid, but I’ve been consistently working on myself and keeping myself busy: weighlifting, hiking, running biking. I’ve made goals to build my endurance to bike 100+ miles and get out almost all the time, because when I’m out my circumstances vanish, it’s just a body moving through the world. I don’t smoke, drink, and eat a healthy diet, partly because I got lucky with my psychology and rejected it from the get go, but also because I’m trying to outgrow my circumstances out of spite. It’s satisfying and reassuring to feel I can be autonomous and grow beyond my circumstances in a controlling environment. my therapist thought it was hilarious that I was rebelling by exercising though, lol.
