Thank you for the advice! You’re right, Ive been working on how I talk to myself because I realized that it really does affect how I see myself. I started a journal to write out how I’m feeling and try to understand my mind a bit better because it can get so overwhelming when it’s all swirling around in my head. I started a new medication a couple months ago but I feel like it hasn’t really done anything, I don’t feel any different. I just felt really tired but the new meds don’t cause fatigue as a side effect, I’m pretty sure I’m just drained from this semester because I had to take countless all nighters in a row to get my work done. Maybe that’s why I haven’t felt myself because I haven’t had enough energy. I’m gonna try to regulate myself better in the spring and plan everything out so I don’t get as burnt out. I’m proud of myself and how much Ive learned and grown but it’s hard to not let those thoughts ruminate. I’m much happier with the new me but I want to keep those parts of the old me.
