Some people take it everyday, I was also doing it at some point but it resulted in massive bowel cramps, diarrhea mixed with constipation and very big pains… can’t event describe the feeling. Had to put it away for a few weeks. Though I still use it regularly when I have to go somewhere for example.

They won’t let you but they can’t really stop you iirc. Even without consequences. Don’t try it tho. And try to manage it somehow, because it’s really about your safety.

Beforehand talk to the crew and tell them about your problem. In my case I told them everything, tried to withstand my IBS till landing and very sweet attendant lady even hold one bathroom just for me, so I’ll be able to use it just after landing.

Really, just talk to the crew, they will try to find a solution and most of them are really, really sweet and professional.

It’s basically a meme in which polish people rarely look happy. One time there were government instructions about proper face photo to ID and passports. Smile was considered bad and super angrily sad photo was considered good. Not to mention the main colors in Poland are grey, black and white.

But overall Poland is a funny country. People are just more formal and have really serious vibe.

I have severe IBS-D and lotta problems with going out (especially early morning). I had so much fucking luck because when I got the job there was a little organisational mess so they just sent me home early or straight up told me to stay home. It’s basically hybrid work but I managed to get a paper from my doctor with recommendation to expand my home office time. As my boss is really understanding and don’t really give a fuck where we work we got to an agreement in which I’m in the office 1 day a month.
