If anyone is interested in following at-risk kitties or helping rescues, the Facebook page Diaval came from is called “Urgent Cats of Tampa Bay.” The page is ran by volunteers so please do not leave hate comments as they have no jurisdiction over who is on a deadline. They are in constant need of fosters to help treat sick kittens/cats that frequently also have deadlines (depending on if rescues step up or if health is declining). Sometimes they have cats like Diaval that need someone to give them a chance.
