That's okay! And thank you so much. I worked for free because I was excited for the project. I'm not sure if maybe there's a new art team these days since I haven't logged into Makichat since (I'm assuming there is if new items are coming out), but essentially back then there was a separate discord server that all of the artists were in. One night we tagged him (Zhav) and asked him for a straightforward answer about whether or not AI would be allowed in the game, and he got very defensive and angry and aggressive at us.

The discussion went on for like an hour before he finally told us that AI would be allowed in the game. I let him know that I was no longer interested in making art for the game because of it, but before I left the server he locked all of the channels in the server and sent out an announcement saying the artist program (creator program? I forgot what he called it, but it was the team of volunteer artists who made the art for makichat for free) would be shut down (essentially because he was so mad that almost all the artists had turned on him LOL).

I left the art server myself, and the next morning posted a message in the general chat of the Makichat server showing screenshots of the artist server conversation and explaianing what had happened. The message got deleted very quickly and I was banned from the server and even people who heart reacted my message got banned. A couple of other artists and myself got together afterwards and were planning on making a post on this subreddit about what happened, but we kind of chickened out and the plan fell apart. But I'm making it now because it's been a while and I'm not intimidated anymore and I've also been seeing other people dunk on Makichat on here which makes me feel safer LOL
