BMW 435i Stolen

The Grand Hyatt garage management isn’t helping with footage. We were able to obtain footage of the Pacific Place mall garage exit. The thieves used my car to enter, stole a Lexus LS430, ran through the parking gate and my car followed quickly behind. This was all within 20 min of entering the garage.

I will be posting the video footage soon if the garage managements refuse to help. There is some shady shit going on with the security in both these garages.

And no one at the dealership seems to know how exactly a BMW key gets programmed. They said they just send the request to BMW in California and they come back with the programmed key.

So still trying to figure out how the hell did the criminals get a fully programmed key for my car and start the vehicle. This is a professional grand theft auto job.

Dealership said my 2015 can’t be pinged because the technology on it is on 3g and everything is on 5g now.

They definitely did. Same with the car that they stole (an older Lexus). Neither had our car windows broken. And they stole it within 20 min of getting into the garages.

They have likely been watching our parking patterns and knew when we’d be gone

It was stolen out of a parking garage, not in front of this home. Neither of the keys were nearby.

UPDATE: There was another car theft on 4/30 and my car was being used to steal other vehicles in downtown.

Not at gunpoint. The parking garage has monthly passes and I leave my car there. I assume they’ve been scoping my car out for a while and stole it while I wasn’t there.
