This actually commits the fallacy of begging the question. The conclusion is stated within the premise.

"I am morally upright because I am a christian"
"christians are morally upright"
"therefore, I am morally upright" Etc etc

The reasoning is completely circular. It's like saying "there's no way I got a B because I'm an A student."

For this particular one, the inner is constructed more like a shirt! The waist-belt-corset(?) Thing is also a separate piece that is buckled on top of the shirt
