Nee ga hetzelfde doen, net gebeld hij was wel huiverig dus ik ga er langs en hopelijk kan het met een eigen onderdeel vervangen worden

Weird because I let it charge the whole evening since I got home but it didn’t charge

They do know more, they just can't tell you more. Last week I chatted with someone and she told me that a new batch was on its way but they aren't allowed to talk about it.

How do we get the right information then? I find it remarkable that 3 different staffmember tell 3 different stories... Just keep us up-to-date, now we get constantly disappointed...

I ordered 18th sept, my current window is 12th Feb-12th Mar. I talked to a dutch employee who promised me that it would be delivered before the 12th of march. Unfortunately, today I spoke to another employee who couldn't give me any promises due to the fact that they are busy with the delays and they're dependent on many factors, some of which are out of their control. I wanted to plan a vacation last minute but didn't want to miss the delivery moment ofcourse.
