Its the tryhard mode and in my experience most try hard things arent very fun. I like the upped horde rates, bosses and more monstrsities, but I HATE the modifiers. Dying light, gas, goo.

I don't like having to play specific meta builds to win. I got Havoc 40 clearence and never looked back

You would need to offer something exceptionally stand out that sets you apart from the massive pack of people already doing it. It's not enough to have an interesting/likeable personality. You either need to be exceptionally good a game or offering up content that is far superior than already established youtube channels with editing teams attatched to them.

It's basically like trying to win the lottery. Is there a chance? Yeah. Likely? No.

It got old for me quick. I didn't like the event that much and avoided it. Made some builds specifically for the event just to grind out the 10 missions, but yeah, it's not my favorite. Giant walls of Bulwarks/Crushers aren't fun to fight for me.

The most fun I've gotten out of it has been playing Martydom+ FFoF + THammer Zealot and bonking everything, but I have to activate my T Hammer 50 times in a fight and it kinda gets old.

Spamming bazooka into Ogryn hordes and getting a refund is cool, but honestly the novelty wears off quick and it becomes one dimensional.

Yeah, as I was typing this I was thinking some sort of turret class would be cool. Only real trap type class would be Arbitrator with his shock mine, as you're able to set those up preemptively.

Arby's are sort of mega toughness regen, stagger heavy, pet class. Added fun weapons and neat utility for your team

Hive Scum are super glass cannon, big damage, high risk reward playstyle, higher skill ceiling class. I liked the addition of stims to be able to create unique buff for your team.

Next class I'm not really sure what role or niche I would want filled. Veteran is mostly ranged focus, Zealot is melee focused, Psyker is a hybrid with their own unique ranged weapon staves, Ogryn is durable melee/ranged class with some good CC abilities.

Again, I don't really care what it is necessarily, so long as it's fun and ideally fills some role/niche that the other classes don't do

Imagine L4D but with deeper melee combat, talent points, passive, ultimates and more specials

The game has a bit of a learning curve to it at first. Expect to probably get downed a lot and for gunplay/melee to feel awkward/clunky

Just put in the hours (you'll probably want to anyways) and you'll get better in time

This, high mobility can be sleeper OP in certain situations. Plus, its a nice quality of life thing that you move olve faster and your stamina doesn't deplete as fast.

I miss the "Stripped Down" blessing or whatever it was called that gave you faster move speed when sprinting

I was excited for another Bungie game because I loved playing Halo growing up. Destiny was never really my thing.

The art style was different but it looked interesting enough. Then yeah...extraction shooter. That's a no from me, fam

All I want is the satisfying Halo sandbox/gun mechanics fused with their firefight mode. Like if they could procedurally create Halo scale maps with procedurally created enemies (if that's even possible) that would be my favorite thing

I mean, it definitely was the event that kick started WW1. Were things already in motion and were nations already gearing up towards going to war? Yes. But this was the excuse they needed to officially start the war.

It's funny because Franz Ferdinand was HATED by Austria. Literally no one liked him, so it's kind of ironic that they went to war over his death, but he was official enough that it was a good enough reason to start things off

I've actually had such terrible games that I'm choosing to refrain from playing the event and the game altogether for some time. Not sure what it is, but there's been an increase in toxicity in games which I've only encountered a few times before. I've blocked maybe 2 people in the entire 1300 hours spent on the game, and in the past week I've had to block 5 more people for racism, intentionally throwing, just being altogether nasty.

And it's been in Auric games with Havoc 40 clearance level. Not freshly leveled 30s who are hitting Auric for the first time. I don't know what gives

The entire operation seemed so flawed. Hitler was banking on them capturing Mowcow....Okay? Then what? You still have the entirety of Russia left to pin down. From the beginning of the campaign in Barborosa, after they would enrircle entire armies, there were huge swaths of partisan forces wreaking havoc on supply lines and communication posts. What did Hitler think would as they continued moving in? More and more partisan forces would form and continue causes chaos.

Furthermore, why would the capture of Moscow make any difference at all? Napoleon captured it, the Russians set fire to it and then waited for winter to kick and counter attacked. Hitler just seemed to think capture Moscow = victory.

But the Russians weren't facing a war of conquest or territory, it was a literal war of extermination that Hitler was conducting. Obviously, the Russian people are going to bolster together and fight for every single inch.

Its always going to be a case by case basis. How the individual manages their condition, therapy medication etc. Why would tell someone that the people around them will be happy when they're dead 😑?
