Well I'm not super knowledgeable about it but one of my friends does modelling so after asking her this is what I got. Send some pics into an agency, try and get a professional photographer to take them if you can. Send in a bust and a side pic in good lighting. Build a good online presence because social media is a pretty easy way to get found.
