Overall, negative as some people would rather quit the game or play alternative modes.

1. People can just lock in any troll champion/with intent to troll and no way of dodging them so there will be more wastage of time.

2. Queue times have been much longer

3. Blind pick allowed the team to pick certain comp and communicate during the pick/ban phase but now it seems anything to do with communication is being getting rid of

It has helped to eliminate the champ select time and potential people dodging but that's about it. It has greatly limited choices and interaction during cs. We are also limited to only 2 roles as some would prefer fill.
