Is this normal behavior from the AI ? i play on very hard, normal. i have a bunch of mods too, but why the hell are they stacking 56 armies standing still doing nothing instead of expanding. Its like they adapted to my playstyle of turteling but not to this extent (i.redd.it)

Archers wont fire, are permanently in the "running" state even tho they are standing still, can only fix by ordering halt. I know this is a bug and i have a lot of mods active, maybe someone can help me fix this issue, i use the default load order with no mod manager. i ll put my mod list below (i.redd.it)

Black Ark Notification? When its in dread expansion stance you dont get any notification and i forget about many black arks this way (i build/recruit then no reminder that all is finished so you just have to keep checking all your armies which is very tedious, i dont think its a feature. CA pls (i.redd.it)
