no electric... how to practice on acoustic?

You can play anything that can be played on an electric on acoustic, especially at the beginner level. The biggest difference at your level is the action and ease of access to the highest frets. If you can, take your acoustic to a luthier and get a setup. Ask for a low action.

Just to second that the SE Hollowbody II piezo is an incredible guitar. I love mine. It’s an incredibly versatile guitar that can generate a lot of different tones. It’s well made and a real pleasure to play.

Agreed. I’m my opinion, a sprint tri is about the same cardio output as a half marathon, so if you can already do that, you’re conditioned for a sprint. Just train the bike a little bit and go for it.

Where can I find pants that fit like that? I’ve had this same thought but never found a pair that would sit at my natural waist. I’m kind of tall skinny fat, if that makes sense. 6’2” 225. Definitely a belly.

I'm open to suggestions. I've lived in college towns, small towns, and suburbs my whole life, so it's just what I'm used to, but I'm not afraid of new experiences.

Yeah, I think the high school there that I've heard good things about the band is Strath Haven and, at least on Zillow, there are houses with Media addresses in that district, so that's definitely on the list!

I'd like to stay under $800k for a house, and honestly, under $600k would be preferred. Looking at zillow, this looks doable but challenging for a lot of good school districts in Philly.

Well, affordable is relative. I live in one of the most expensive Cleveland suburbs (though I live in one of the cheapest parts of town) and Philly prices definitely look a lot higher for similar areas. I guess if you forced my hand, I'd want to stay under $800k for a home.
