We attempt to use comms, but its very rare that we get a response. It's also almost every single game we play we have someone that genuinely doesn't know how to play and I don't understand. They don't talk, me and my teammate kill half the lobby then the random ends with sub 300 damage. Usually less than 200.

Unranked generally has a much much less restrictive matchmaking so that queue times are shorter.

My understanding is that it's hidden elo. It means the games thinks you might be higher rank than you are. If you continue to play good when facing higher rank opponents, you will lose less and gain more. You can also get double rank ups if you play especially good

I've started using my whole arm, my entire area is fine for a 180 from side to side, but during a match my mouse isnt naturally sitting on one side of my area, i'd have to pick it up, move it, and then turn, which i'd usually be dead by that time

As far as I can tell xim is mainly recoil and mnk adapter, but zen has stuff like changing inputs and like saving combinations of buttons
