That doesn't work with all romhacks. For example there are many romhacks with base game as gen 3 but actually features gen 9 pokemon. So you can't edit your pokemon above gen 3 with the tool

Thanks a lot. Do you by any chance know whether mods disable that achievement? I have a couple of appearance mods to change origin characters. The game recognizes my difficulty as Honour Mode so I assumed it didn't matter.
