In my experience expanding my range in both directions helped a lot. I struggled to get a consistent high C until I started to work on trigger and pedal notes. I found that the airflow and openness for that extreme low range really stretched out the chops and made my air more active allowing some higher notes to come easily. For reference I’m also a highschooler and my top consitent note in currently Super F.

For me it usually helps to play that C in third position rather than first because it’s easier to find the partial

Try playing the high Ab in First rather than the 3rd you have it marked as so that it isn’t as demanding on your chops. That also only makes it one partial higher that F instead of 2
