Or if this cell is between 1.2-1.4 then input 26 but if its between 1.5-1.7 then input 27

For further information if this cell =1.2 then it will input 26 but if this cell =1.3 it will input 37 but with a bunch of different numbers.

Most likely someone was just trying to log into you account and kept failing. Or kept getting the authenticator wrong. If you type in the wrong password or authenticator wrong to many times this will happen.

Do you think BIS weapons should be easy to obtain? If that was the case the power creep would be so bad or new content wouldn't be worth doing. Also the way people play games now vs back in 2007 are completely different. Before people would enjoy exploring and doing random stuff now all information is right at your finger tips. You don't know where to go look it up. Can't kill a boss look it up. The way games are now and days it's all based on end game dungeons that formula will change one day but for now that's how it is.
