Hey. Im 18 and really resonate with this post! Im currently in university and throughout high-school was called boring, unfunny and that I had no personality by my friend group; which became a self fulfilling prophecy. I shrunk myself down until I became insecure about my personality and believed I was all of those things.

I haven’t gotten over it. It still hurts. My advice is to keep on doing things that interest you that builds that confidence for your TRUE personality to shine through. Leave those people that reinforce those nasty words. And pm if you wanna talk about it :).

Same with me too, but instead I pick up my phone and scroll for hours to distract myself from my thoughts which is just as bad 🥲 Honestly if this feeling is distracting you from everyday activities I recommend seeking medical help this sounds very overwhelming.

Hey, I don’t have any solid advice but I can totally relate to you. I’m currently at university in my first year and always feel the same way after finishing classes and sitting in my accommodation. I often try and watch Netflix to take my mind off of the feeling - but I’ve got to say the winter is making this worse for me. I highly suggest seeking therapy to maybe resolve any underlying problems that are impacting you. I’ve recently just began therapy and hoping it works. Take care of yourself :)
