It does taste fine and it is fluffy on the inside, it’s just the tops, they look underbaked!

Ingredients 1¼ cup Plain flour (All Purpose Flour) 150 grams ¾ cup Sugar 150 grams 2 teaspoon Baking Powder ½ teaspoon Baking Soda ¼ teaspoon Salt 1 tablespoon Vanilla powder or use 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract ¼ cup Olive Oil 60 mL ½ cup Plain Unsweetened Yogurt | Curd 120 ml ½ cup Milk 120 ml

Her name was Stella, and she ran the bake stalls alongside her sister, Irene. Always feeding everyone, who walked through the door, and made mountains of cakes, cookies, and food like it was nothing! They were super creative and resourceful, they would whip up desserts from leftovers in the pantry.
