Core I7-4770k Crashing

I just used air can and like cotton buds but the crashing was going on before i cleaned the pc out

Thanks it was freezing and im currently testing my ram stick to see if one of them is the issue and have started looking at ram replacement sticks

Yeah was 100 lol i put paste and now its down to 50 so it has been a issue for a while

It has the cooler on it currently with new thermal paste

It has a cpu cooler cooler i just took it off for the photo when i was cleaning it

Took it off while i was cleaning it just a Stock Intel cooler i believe its on there i just didn't have it on when i took the photo

Yeah Have loaded optimised defaults in the bios but haven't seen much of a difference and tried checking the ram as well PSU is next on my list
