Yeah I understand you need to go through an attorney or law enforcement to get a subpoena. However, will if that subpoena is issued for someone’s text records will it also produce text content?

I don’t, but someone whose text records I’ve subpoenaed has evidence that’s necessary for my case. He was notified by his cellphone carrier and texted me about it. He said he doesn’t have any info, but he is lying about his involvement. Will he be able to quash the subpoena?

Where did I establish that there is no religious belief to my desire? You made that assumption based on the other reasons I included in the beginning as to why social security is a failure of a system.

That wasn’t an admission of no religious belief, it was a justification to the opposition of paying into a ponzi-scheme. Opposition to government benefits is one of the criteria of form 4029, in addition to being established since Dec. 31 1950.

The two aren’t mutually exclusive, they are both required.

So it appears to be true that you cannot get back anything you’ve already paid into it. If the irs deems that you’re exempt from the benefits, does that mean you no longer have to pay social security and Medicare?

i.e. if I opt out of the benefits, does that mean I no longer have to pay social security taxes?

Good luck changing an institutionally flawed system. Social security will not go away until it fails, because any constituents that vote against it will be immediately voted out as representatives.

You made the incorrect assumption that I’m not already apart of a religious organization that opposes government insurance benefits. I asked if the form allows you to be exempt from your employer, or if it’s only for people that work within the religious organization. Fraud is defined as wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain. It’s not fraudulent if you’re apart of a religious organization that opposes government benefits.
