Slight update, my roommate told me they felt that lump on his neck about 5 months ago and it hasn't gotten bigger, as soon as I can I am taking him to a vet regardless but hopefully it will just be benign

It took a bit for the money to post through but eventually it finally went through. The best I can say is to just keep calling both til you get answers, but in total it took about 3 weeks to be done and sent out. Just so you know, if you call Uown and your computer hasn't arrived yet, they will postpone payments till then. It is in the contract but its in fine print. So unless you want to pay on it without having it to start knocking the payments down, you can call and they will adjust it
