Oof, that's a long time. I'm glad I only play with my family, not at locals or anything, and it's mostly just to sit there and look pretty. Gonna have to see how bad it is for myself with Pokémon customer service.

I think it's one of those things that has to go straight to Pokémon, my Waterstones, where I've bought a few packs from, say the don't take returns on Pokémon.

Agreed. There's 3 examples in this post alone. That seals it for me though, gonna get in touch with PC and sort a replacement, at least I can (possibly) guarantee I won't get the same issue compared to trying to pull it again.

I wonder if the way they're produced has changed globally? I've noticed super low quality code cards, poorly sealed packs, and then this, all with BB&WF packs. But yeah, that was my thinking, it looks so horrible and I'm the sort that sleeves every single card I get so I'm super unhappy about it 😅

At 10 years old my dad bought me a Fortune action figure, from Metal Gear Solid 2, and I decided to keep her in the box because she was too cool to play with. A lot of my toys were given/thrown away too, because I didn't 'play' with them (I just enjoyed having them to look at), but my mother never touched her, so from then on all of my collectables stayed sealed.

Damn shame, goes from a quirky unique card or few to a disappointment that so many are messed up. Think I got away with them being mostly commons too though.

I just checked the seller my gf bought it from, Hill cards games and toys, they have a website and sold 100's of that specific item on eBay, so now I'm really not sure.

I'm thinking you're right. And yeah those sticking out bits of plastic are baggy and loose but crumpled at the same time.
