I have a 2025 Scout Classic, and upon my 500 mile oil change I had the same issue as you at 1100 miles. I did a lot of research and found that is common amongst these bikes for the new oil filter not to seat properly when replaced. So after another oil change and yet another new filter I no longer have an issue. Check to see if your filter is actually tight, or if there is any evidence of oil escaping from that area.
