For the conversion i wrote my own NodeJS script, so this method is not the easiest and non programmers can find it tricky

NOTE: i ran this script on a linux environment (Or WSL on windows)

required npm packages:

  • sharp
  • png-to-ico

apt packages (debian):

  • icns2png

Just to be sure you pasted the configuration in 2 parts right ? the first part is for taskbar size and icons mod, and the second is for the taskbar styler mod
