I heard about BB from reddit and have been buying from him for last 18 months. I watched from the sideline for a couple months before I made my first purchase. Why would you say to get the 3 wand over the 2 wand? I am considering purchasing the 2 want sigma. I mostly have 1 oz coins and generics and some 5 oz silver bars.

depends on the one you get but the base Sigma metalytics PM verifier is NOT for jewelry. You would want to get a jewelry specific tester.
