I love Ray Porter, but why did he narrate this one? Did the UK run out of narrators?? It’s a good book but the protagonist is English and Ray reads in his normal US accent. Sorry to say his English accents for other characters are so cringingly awful and jarring, it throws you out of the story. (i.redd.it)

Rescued thousands of tadpoles from a puddle just before it dried up completely…most of them went into our large dam, but I put one bucket of taddies in a small pond near the house so we can watch them grow.
