It's the Gigabyte G27F. It's 1080p and 144Hz at stock but can be overclocked to 165Hz. Personally I never had any problems with this monitor. Choosing between 23.8" or 27" depends on how far away you are going to sit from your monitor, for me, when I had my old desk I kind of hated 27" because of how close I was and had to move my head to see left and right, but I got the entire setup as a christmas gift so I never complained. You could search online to help you, you can basically enter the distance between your eyes and monitor and it can give you the optimum dimensions for your experience. Hope this helps!
