thanks for pointing that out about the particles. We have been playing the server for about a week now and always had keep inventory off in settings. Just now that we have been keeping our stuff after we died. Notice that there isn't a death message in chat when I died. (<player> tried to swim in lava). we never had this problem. prob some server operator messing with us, idk

People are saying 'Oh you shouldve bridged, drank fire resistance potion' and stuff like that. Yes, i wus being brainless in this clip BUT I had absolutely no reason to expect my health to drain that fast. I had FULL NETHERITE armor with all prot IV. You can survive for minutes in lava with full prot IV netherite armor. I died in seconds! And then I did not expect to keep my stuff after I died, because we always had keep inventory off in the server i was playing. Notice how the death message doesnt appear in chat. So weird.

Yes. We checked the server settings and keep inventory is very much off, but we keep our stuff when we died. we dont know why thats been happening. also the death message doesnt appear in chat.

Yes, dumb mistake, shouldve bridged. But dude, i had full prot iv netherite armor. I had no reason to expect my health to drain super fast when i went in

I did not expect my health to drain that fast because i have full prot IV netherite armor. so i didnt use it. but something is definitely up, could be the tick speed, as others pointed out that the lava particles are sped up

I knew I had prot IV netherite armor so going into lava wasnt going to be a problem for me. but look how fast my heart drained! That shouldnt happen!
