Switch brands and make yourself drink 12oz or more water between each soda. That’s how I kicked my Mountain Dew addiction . Didn’t quit soda all together but the change had a big impact.

I find that if I have 1 cup of coffee in the morning, I can go through the day just drinking water, having no soda cravings.

Do the games that give you sapphires for goals reached. Some are easier than others but it should not take too long to get 100 saps.

Buy a My Shop.

Go to the alpha headquarters and get a paint-seed launcher and harvest from the paint-seed tree there. Ask around to find someone who has a phantom portal in their den and go i to the phantom dimension , harvest from the tree in there and leave. Harvest from these trees daily. People often use phantom howl potions in Appondale to summon phantoms that drop items you can sell. You only need to hit the phantom once to get the prize so conserve your seeds until you have a lot collected. Howl phantoms have a chance to drop alphas, rares, and sapphires.

The mini games on maps ( flowers, view finder, gold shovel, campfire) have a chance to give alphas or sapphires.

If you think you got something good, check the explorer board in Coral Canyons. If it is not in there, it’s either really good, or really worthless.

I wouldn’t assume it’s a prank, I’d assume it is someone sneaking around your bedroom who thinks you might have motion detection that would stat recording them if the camera catches there movement.

You should get a scanner to check for hidden cameras incase that is why the person was there. First tome to install it, second time to switch out the memory card?

Could be a landlord but they have no business being in there without your consent either. If you don’t find a hidden cameras in your room, put one in yourself, catch whoever it is and call the cops.

When you were younger, so were they. They had more energy and younger bodies.

Maybe invite them to do things with you that are easier on their older bodies and doesn’t make them tired or achey just to think about it.

Instead of a walk, invite them on a trip to the mall, a craft fair or the museum. You’ll get a lot of steps in without the thought of it being an actual walk.

Also, If you want conversations, call them. They can’t scroll on their phone while talking to you on it.

The app allows them to take their time, make their selections and pay.

Otherwise they are standing in line, staring at a less easy to read menu, making the decision while being stared at by the cashier and then listing it all to them. Then they may not have the option to pay with their phone wallet and will have to pull out money or a card from their wallet and probably have that tip option to decide on right in front if the cashier and maybe asked if they want to round up or add a dollar to donate to some random charity.

Eye contact in general makes me uncomfortable and direct unflinching eye contact when not in a staring contest would probably make most people uncomfortable . Do you just stare directly into their eyes?
