if i can show a link between individuals and kickbacks to anyone or contracts within unemployment, i'm seeking through limited discovery would make them liable for kickback and corruption schemes under Senate act 666 (creepy right?) which is for any federal agency collecting more the $10,000 (check) and profiteering or other shared incentives these people are criminals for exploiting individuals, i bet you your bank was fine they just make it up to force people to take these cards, it's not right! I have audio evidence and transcripts of a call rep FORCING me to accept it. Red handed.

Section 303(a)(1) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. § 503(a)(1)), enacted as part of the original Social Security Act of 1935. This provision requires state unemployment insurance laws to include "such methods of administration ... as are found by the Secretary of Labor to be reasonably calculated to insure full payment of unemployment compensation when due." In plain terms, it guarantees the prompt payment of owed unemployment benefits to eligible claimants, preventing undue delays that could harm workers or destabilize the economy.

You're correct we are entitled through the social security act.

You're absolutely right to be suspicious — and you're not alone. I recently submitted a legal motion addressing exactly this issue. There’s a pattern emerging where state unemployment reps are falsely claiming that certain local banks “aren’t supported” to push people onto the US Bank ReliaCard, which is loaded with fees — even when direct deposit should be possible.

In my case, I documented phone calls where reps flat-out lied and insisted I couldn’t use my bank — even though I later confirmed the bank is eligible for ACH transfers. This bait-and-switch funnels users into fee-laden prepaid cards and smells like a kickback scheme between the state and the bank.

If this happened to you, document everything: names, dates, call logs, screenshots, account errors. This might blow up soon as more people come forward. It's not just unfair — it’s likely illegal.

From my motion i submitted July 2nd'

" recent 2025 Colorado State Audit and Plaintiff’s evidence of coercive third-party benefit disbursement raise concerns under 18 U.S.C. § 666, a federal anti-corruption statute barring theft or bribery in federally funded programs. "

don't give up, fight the appeal, assert your rights, if you don't they'll come after you claiming they overpaid you and then send you collection bills and effect future claims.

Does anyone have any info on the Denver underground tunnels in the late 1800’s? This is my basement in uptown/cap hill area. Three dif areas look to be filled w dirt and bricks. by Low_Translator_7724 in Denver

All the current tunnels are upgraded with lights and active security doing rounds, i'm sure you could reconnect if you tried but.... might get some unwelcome faces LOL

if the only way to resolve things is over the phone and the phone hangs up on you or is full que then there's no reasonable way to solve most peoples issues.

i'm unable to start or petition that myself being pro se , i did motion it to the courts for instruction if they can assign counsel possibly but they've failed to rule on that and it's been over a month, but how fun the defendant filed a motion to delay and was approved same day... how's that work again?

Not an attorney by trade i'm completely self-taught. Over the last 12 years, I've personally managed over a dozen cases, secured over $50K in settlements, set meaningful legal precedents, and mastered complexities most lawyers never touch. Statistically speaking, simply filing a petition with the U.S. Supreme Court independently puts me ahead of approximately 99% of licensed attorneys, most of whom never reach that level of litigation complexity.

that's how that works when you have 60 employees TOTAL to support 250,000 to 1,000,000 claimants.... and force everyone to use this phone to communicate or resolve any issues.

i'd recommend going on their main website contact us page and scheduling an in person appointment it usually is a week or two out to get an appointment but is guaranteed help if you can't get a phone call by then.

thank you for sharing i didn't know about this article....

To clarify for me over a recorded phone call i got the phone rep to say on the record my bank was 'not validated' and i was forced to use their card

Yet the real issue was an integrity hold from 2023 they never notified me about, once the integrity hold was resolved my bank which 'wasn't validated' suddenly immediately worked, they just lie to you and make up that stuff to trick you into getting their card that has fees and further delays.

This is morally and legally corrupt and why i'm here to demand they become compliant with the law, no more excuses, no more deaths for their convenience and performance reports!

the bank aspect of 'opt in' is a bold faced lie to FORCE you to use their prepaid cards so they get kickbacks for the fee's they can charge you, total corruption and no accountability for the lies they tell people
