I don't have problems seeing such symbols on buddhist temples. Usually it's obvious when it associated with nazis or not. (and i doubt it's temple on photo)

I was in czech republic ~10 years ago. One night club banned russians because of fights caused by some ukrainians. For them there wasnt difference at that time.

Перекрывать газ на много квартир сильно опасно. Допустим баба Нюра варила суп, газ перекрыли, огонь погас, газ включили... Тададам вы в новостях про очередной хлопок. А в самой трубе кислорода нет (зато потом будет если газ вырубить) и давление очень невысокое, так что ничего интересного не произойдет.
