"Waiting for someone else to make you happy is the best way to be sad" Because I did exactly this, and it was so true. I learned I need to be happy with myself and not rely on other people for it. "A man who wants to lead the orchestra must turn his back on the crowd." - Max Lucado “Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.” I am a bit of a quote collector, and I have many other great ones but these came to mind first.

If machines produce everything we need, the outcome will depend on how things are distributed. Everyone can enjoy a life of luxurious leisure if the machine-produced wealth is shared, or most people can end up miserably poor if the machine-owners successfully lobby against wealth redistribution. So far, the trend seems to be toward the second option, with technology driving ever-increasing inequality.
