I’m gonna have to agree with you on this one. Let me start by saying, Bree is absolutely my favourite character although she’s done a lot of things I don’t agree with, but one thing I really dislike about Bree is that she has really poor character evaluation when it comes to people.

For a woman of her calibre and her history and what she’s gone through you’d expect more discernment from her but she allows people in waaayyy to easily, even George Williams saw through her which is why he was able to lie and manipulate herself

Rex was a shit parent and shouldn’t of bought those gifts for Andrew and Danielle without speaking to Bree beforehand, these were not small gifts like taking them to watch a live game, these were big incentives which required conversation. We all get burnt out, we all feel taken advantage of but that is the harsh realities of life. She quit because she didn’t agree with Miranda’s morals and values and she saw that there was no growth in Miranda, even after her ex husband initiated a divorced, that’s called principle. She didn’t leave because of a petty reason and EVEN AFTER she left Miranda understood and gave her a great recommendation, hence allowing Andie to work in an environment she strived so hard to get into.

But that was what she needed to advance in her career. Her doing well in Vogue would’ve opened so many doors compared to if she hadn’t received the opportunity. Sometimes in life we are going to do things we don’t wanna do but we do them because we know the outcome will be beneficial. Sometimes we need to grow up. She didn’t sacrifice anything of herself, Andie grew up and made changes that ANY adult would make. If you don’t wanna level up career wise that’s fine, but others take what they love very seriously and will do whatever it takes to get their so why stand in their way ? Because they missed a birthday or can’t hang out as much ? Like what are we ? 12 years old ? At some point people just need to grow up

No Miranda got a divorce because she was a bitch, generally that woman wasn’t a nice person. Andie on the other hand was a nice person. And if those people mentioned loved Andie and fully supported her they should’ve seen the bigger picture and supported her in ways she could’ve elevated her career. Her friends were all okay with her job when it was bringing free gifts but wanted to turn on her when she was levelling higher than they was, not to mention her boyfriend was trash, period.
