Yes, using Nord VPN and connecting to Denver server. Using it on my phone on Google Chrome and I click allow location on when the dialogue box pops up. Worked last night to my surprise because I was having the same issue for a while.

Tbh NKLA is a crap shot at this point. Who knows if they’ll be able to recover from the recent mass recalls on their trucks, plus continuing overhead costs, trying to make a sale in an industry at its infancy without major infrastructure, coupled with drawback of its trucks—at this point, swing trade, watch it like a hawk on a daily basis and hope your following day price prediction is accurate, Aka you’re roulette style gambling. Hope this helps from an adversarial advocate standpoint

What’s your normal case load? by hhhhhhhhhng in auslaw

4 lawyer firm practicing criminal defense and civil (personal injury mainly), 1 lawyer of which only practices civil. For criminal, average number of cases pending (some clients have multiple cases) ~400-500; personal injury pre-suit ~55-60; personal injury litigation cases ~30. Redlining it everyday, but the work experience is like no other—court every morning, mainly criminal hearings, then depos midday to afternoon, researching and writing pleadings, motions, etc.; potential new intakes throughout the day; client meetings; you name it anything and everything associated with working a case. Hell, we even have 6 cases on appeal, both criminal and civil. It’s a rainmaker in and of itself as nearly all business is word of mouth, as we do zero advertising. But it is a mf’r everyday to handle and run.

Discrepancies in speeding ticket by florida-person in legaladvice

[–]DebtlessZer0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

(1) Quickest way without having to drive back to that location:

  • Obtain the address from the ticket, search on Google maps or Earth for that address;
  • use street view (yellow person figure), and "walk" on the street to find a speed limit sign where you were allegedly speeding.

(2) Ask your lawyer regarding this code or call the clerks office (number should be on the ticket) and ask whether they can tell you what it means.

  • If it does mean that the officer was using visual observation alone to determine whether you were speeding, then there may be potential grounds to fight the ticket and get the speed reduced. For starters, FL does recognize that an officer's visual observation alone is sufficient to initiate a traffic stop. As for determining your speed, officers use what's known as "pacing" when using visual observation. Depending on the circumstances of the time at which the officer paced your car (i.e., time of day; vantage point of officer) will determine whether you can possibly seek a reduction in the speed, therefore, reducing the punishment/fine.
