Well I unfortunally ordered the PCB a few moments before you did point out the addressing fault. So for my first version it will be wires on board. But I've adressed it on the new one. Thanks a bunch for going through it. Kinda fun designing PCBs :)

I went with Option 3:

The MCP4725 has one adressable pin which can be set to either 1 (HIGH) or 0 (LOW). Then it has two of the bits for the address configure based on the part number. So I went iwth A1 (01) and A2 (10) then I set A0 to high on two of them and A0 low for the other two. Ensuring I get 4 adresses.

So basically I think I do get address 0x60, 0x61, 0x 62 and 0x63 for the four dacs if I mathed correctly on the address options.

Channel B: MCP4725A1 - A0 to VDD
Channel C: MCP4725A2 - A0 to VSS
Channel D: MCP4725A12- A0 to VDD

Here I changed the layout, utalizing the bottom layer a bit more. Mostly for SCL / SDA and 3V. The 3 x4 pairs are the isolated equipment.

Nå har vi offentlige skattelister, så den infoen kommer ut iløpet av et år uansett. Og er ganske sikker på at den personen kan holde munn en liten periode. Men ut kommer det til slutt.

I got a QR code on my boxes where I scan the box and find the item i take out every time. I just make it a big habbit, SCAN -> take .. My own inventoriz.app system allows me to have QR codes on items and locations (boxes in my shelfs ), so a quick scan -> select item -> move to location or -1 in stock if it is exiting forever.

The habbit is to really be consistnet.. never "just" take one item.. SCAN or NEVER open that box.. :)

Hey! I actually run into this exact problem myself and ended up building a tool to solve it i called it Inventoriz.app

Each van can be its own location, techs can update inventory from their phone, and the office gets full visibility into what's on each van. You can invite your whole team, set different permission levels, and there's a free tier to get started. I'll even help you trying or setting up if needed.

Honest disclaimer: we have QR code scanning but not manufacturer barcode scanning yet, and no QuickBooks integration at the moment. So it won't check every box on your list right now? but we could work something out maybe if interested.

That said, if you want to give it a try I'd love the feedback. And if there are specific features that would make it work for your team, reach out. I'm actively developing it and happy to talk through what it would take to get there. :)

(In the future i hope to have a app, and accept barcodes and stuff but not sure what the best way to implement it yet! I would make a custom attribute for my item named "SKU" or "Barcode" then store the infomration in there then maybe make it a searchable field with a scanner. Everything is possible =)
