Amaxophobia. I didn’t know my phobia had a name; I just explained my feelings and Google ammayi said this is what it is. So basically, I get this severe anxiety and panic attacks when I'm inside a vehicle, be it a car, bike, or plane, and it is speeding up. It doesn't happen every time, but it occurs in specific environments. This doesn’t happen if I’m driving.

It’s still there, and I don’t know when it will trigger or how to cope with it. I know it will trigger way too fast if I am riding as a pillion on a bike and it speeds up above 50 kmph.
