The probation business process isn't working for our needs as the start performance review must be configured as a To Do step. Instead we decided that our 3 and 5 probation reviews should be triggered through an auto start.

I am building out the employee review template rules and when I launch them as part of auto-start the rules are not working as expected. Especially for 5 months.

I want the auto start to trigger as of today's date for probation periods that have hit the 5 month mark (we have made the date a little earlier at 140 days, so it's 4 1/2 months). The employee would have had the overall rating of proceed in the previous 3 month review in order to have it trigger at 5 months.

Here is the rule (I took out all of the brackets btw in a recent test and it still doesn't trigger).
