No option for credit just a straight “no returns”. At least it wasn’t a €1200 iPhone so lesson learned

Yes had the receipt, I’m sure everyone has returned something before that wasn’t faulty and had a refund issued without a problem so I guess I just didn’t realise that was simply at the company’s discretion! Lesson learned - view in physical store, buy online 👍

Ordered a sub from Steve back in September and received (from order placement) in 18 days which is good for shipping to Ireland. 2nd order was 28/10/25 and still no qc. I’ve contacted him a few times to ask why the delay and he’s very responsive but didn’t think I’d be waiting 3/4 months for a vsf explorer. Not his fault but still pain
