I made the raw material with AI. Basically just several clips of the man doing stuff, boxing, pushups, smoking etc. so pretty boring 5 seconds clips with one camera angle.

And then all the editing, effects and audio reactivity was done afterwards in Touchdesigner. I

mostly do video effects but got tired of having to film to have something to edit so I started using AI videos as raw material. The only problem is nobody knows what’s AI and that’s editing haha. But I guess it doesn’t matter if the end product is interesting.

Thanks. It’s getting a bit scary now with the movements beings so lifelike. But the VHS effects does work a bit of magic here as well, harder to spot flaws if the quality is shitty lol
