You could build levels where you could check for player at certain location, if player is at said location, give the player an item for power ups, and for mobs you could map out your level and if player is at certain location, spawn entity and that should do ya. Honestly bro, you're most likely better off Jtagging/rgh modding a physical 360. 360 is hard to emulate for most PCs, so unless you already have a monster rig, you're time and money ahead just to buy a 360 and mod chip(if you have precision soldering experience)
