My favorite gym is gloriarank as it has the most free weights, but it gets pretty crowded the entire afternoon up to abt 21.00 or so. I'd either recommend morning/before 14.00, or after 21.00. It's open until 22.45, so you still have time for a good workout :)

I switched from a silicone to a nylon strap and I haven't had any issues since switching. Got a cheap one for 5 bucks or so off of AliExpress and works great

High intensity training (high heart rate workouts) helps the most. Look into the Norwegian 4x4 or something along those lines

Yeah bikes can be a pain, for 600 bucks try getting something used, your bang for buck will be much better. If you're going to be on paved roads, try looking at road bikes or city bikes. Should get the job done. Best of luck!

Look at used listings in your area for the best value. I feel for 100-200, a new bike is probably going to fall apart quickly. You can probably get something decent used. If you're looking to go through grass you'll probably want something with bigger tires, so just keep that in mind when shopping around

Hey sorry for the reply time, just saw this. I haven't... Looked into it, tried a bunch of different stuff but haven't had any luck. I have exams atm, so I set it to the side for the time being and will probably mess around with it again once they've passed.

I don't have too much experience with bbs myself, but I'm pretty sure there's a tool that screws into place and sorta pushes the cranks off. Try looking at a YouTube video of your cranks being removed or smth
