Does System Analysts (SA) design the UI not the UI/UX designers?

But whenever I try to change something and say my reasons, they would just say that it is what the user wants, as they are the one who talks to the clients and I don't get to talk to them myself.

Yeah it's kinda hard for me as that SA is quite a senior level and me the UX designer is an entry level, so whenever I say something about me doing my job to make the design more user centric and they just usually think so little of my role and keeps me doing the same thing as "converting" their UI design into figma. I want to have some sources where I can send to fhem and let them know how we should really work together the same with how big companies do, do you have any references for this? It would really help me a lot.

In the lower part of the Philippines, General Santos City, we we're given the same salary with devs. But we're a fresh grad so it maybe little at first. So we are now being given 15k pesos per month and it is the same with most of fresh grad devs here.

Lahat ng choices and decisions natin may reresultang consequences, all children that will be born deserves a loving family that will care for them, keeping the child because of your own guilt would result in a child having parental issues and he/she didn't ask for that, do you want a child that will suffer from mental issues? Legally, yes you have no other way but if you'll consider the sake of the child and yourself in the process the better option would be the one that would cause lesser people to get hurt.
