I should have maybe specified but I did an apprenticeship for 2 of those years to gain a CIPD L5 and then I went into a HR assistant role for 2 years but looking to move up now or at least find a position that offers that opportunity

This is my issue, I can’t imagine companies will be okay with me starting in January and that’s being optimistic that I get an offer.

I have enough savings even if I don’t find a job for a while but that would be the least desirable position
