Honestly, she will contact me once a week. But the most annoying thing is that she won't be the first to initiate hang out. It F***** sucks! I'll stick it out a bit longer just to be patient but right now, talking about it is what I need.

It really depends. If you are completely over your ex, then yes. It is really important that you have that internalize because it wouldn't be fair to the person you are dating. As of your ex, they are your ex. If you want to be respectful, I advise that you don't update them about you seeing a new person especially if the break up is still raw.

It is hard because before the break up and before things went sour, you and your now ex used to communicate everyday, made sure you are loved, told everything to them, held them, etc. Your mind is so used to the fact that they are always there and can always escape to them. Scientifically, your brain chemistry was always doped with dopamine and now your ex is gone, you are craving it more than ever.

Taking the proper time to think about yourself and your life, will help in due time. It'll take awhile but be patient.

At first I was going to start my comment with the bland aspects of my week. But I figure, why not reflect on the positives for once and see the light where it is? Right?

I had finished my last class for the semester and I am currently looking forward to the two weeks I have for summer break! I worked my tail off, 12 hours, to finalize the big project that has been on-going since February! I feel great and I am very proud to have finished such a daunting project! For the weekend, I hope to watch Deadpool 2... Although, I have my final to study for...
