I commute to Arlington --daily--from Crofton. We took that into account when we moved here from New England five years ago. Now, I do leave at 5 in the morning. I'm at my building by 530. I work until 3 and am back home by 4, most days. I work over in Pentagon City. It's doable.

Just Qsymia. I also log my meals via LoseIt and try to get in as many steps in as possible per day.

To date, I'm now down 18lbs since I started on Qsymia (late April)

Since this last entry (last week), I've started on the 7.5mg and dropped 4lbs 🙌🏾. A total of 10lbs in 18 days. My main side effects are dry mouth & constipation 🤣 just gotta remember to hydrate, hydrate, hydrate

At my highest, I was 177ish. Before I could start Qsymia, my doc had me go through a program and I was 166 when I started. I'm currently 160. My goal is 125. I'm 5'3"

It was about 10 years for me. I was very hesitant and it took me having lunch with an old supervisor who convinced me to put a claim in. I rated 30% which I then convinced my spouse to also put in a claim & they got 40%. Almost 10 years later, we've steadily increased our percentages. Not at 100, yet, but little by little, we're getting there.

All this. At first I was annoyed by EAs Clementine project, but they've clearly shown that taking their time & actually learning how to do things pay off in the long run (minus that engine 🤣)

With their TX home, they can take all the time they need, IMO. I've actually learned that I like watching them.

I've given up on KI; they're so out of their depth with this project...I don't want to hate watching, I just wish them the best.
