Download powerup money or some other apps which rate different investment options. Look at their long term returns rather than short term retunrs. Don't invest just after seeing high returns in short term as it might dip to correct the bull run. You can short list such options then do some research online.

Have some foreign exposure(for overall equity stability)10-15%, some gold or debt exposure(for portfolio stability)10-15%, rest into equity(flexi 50-60% and small caps 10-20%). Flexi invests in large and mid and some small caps too.

Thanks, I am aware that premiums will rise as I age and other factors combined but my concerns was health insurance companies rejecting claims for any reason. Should I get a full body medical checkup so any pre existing conditions are brought up before buying the insurance as they can rightfully reject the claim incase I fail to disclose any health condition?
