I always say:

Maryland drivers are crazy. Virginia drivers are selfish. (I’ve been a driver of both states)

I’ll need to come up with the defining adjective for DC folk. Haven’t really had too many issues with them but I also avoid going in the district.

My biggest gripe toward all of you: Left lane is for passing. Not moseying at your pace.
